Looking for that extra push? Our Group Studio classes bring resistance into the mix with the game-changing Reformer, cadillac and chair. Leverage the power of springs, gears, and pulleys to turbocharge your workout. Expect improved alignment, flexibility, and deep core strength—all in an intimate setting with a max of six people.
