Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 24 hours for private classes and up to 10 hours before for group classes start. If you cancel within the designated time window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit and be subject to a late canceLlation fee as detailed below. Please note we cannot give refunds.

1. Sign into your account

2. Go to “My Info” > “My Schedule”

3. Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel
