SEVERINE
Meet Severine Allocco, a Belgium-born, South American-raised dynamo with a dance background and a passion for Pilates. After a neck injury sidelined her contemporary dance career, she turned to Pilates for recovery and never looked back. Inspired by the transformative power of the practice, she opened BODYWORK in 2006 with a mission to empower others to move with grace and efficiency. Her goal? To help you feel better in class and in life.
A fully certified Pilates teacher since 2001, Severine has trained in the Peak Pilates Classical system and continued her education in contemporary Pilates techniques, muscular chains, anatomy-applied Pilates, and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Her expertise and warm, welcoming approach create a convivial environment that invites growth and well-being.
